All orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of orders being placed with most orders being shipped the following day that it was placed before 4pm Central. Our products are shipped within 1-2 business days using the following carrier: USPS, from 2510 S Belt Line Rd #105, Grand Prairie, TX 75052. We offer FLAT RATE PRIORITY shipping method from USPS. Our Standard shipping is thru USPS and you will receive the package from 3 to 5 business days. Shipping will be charged at check out.

We do not offer any exchanges after product has been used or tampered. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of product are exempt from being returned. If you have USED the product at all. Perishable goods such as e-juice, tanks/atty's  cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or liquids. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item to be exchanged. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. Must be exchanged for the same item.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and your new device will automatically be shipped out, within 1-2 days after verification. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you receive an approval to exchange, the cost of return shipping will be at your expense. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The manufacture warranty consists of 30-60 days after the date of purchase depending on companies. All warranty related issues should be settled with the manufacture directly. Please email for any questions you may have regarding related concerns.
